Lynda Healy was missing from her basement bedroom on February 1, 1974. She was abducted without a sound. Healy was in her own home at the time of her attack, which would indicate that she was targeted, a low risk victim. The fact that she was at a low risk for victimization at this time would indicated that Bundy targeted her, probably watched her for a short time before making contact with her. However, it is possible that she let the stranger, Bundy, in her home. Allowing a stranger into her home would have changed her circumstantial, situational, and environmental elements significantly. Her risk level for victimization would have moved from low to high very quickly.
