Brenda Baker was a 15 year old runaway. She was missing since May 25, 1974. Her decomposed remains were found on June 17, 1974. Unfortunately, the circumstances involved in hitchhiking create interaction between victim and offender that is extremely high. The hitchhiker becomes a victim of opportunity.
